A school selling courses while its own admin was timing out, stabilised one or two changes at a time over three weeks. Two of William's own mistakes were caught by the same checks and owned in writing.

Three Card Solutions installs signage, cabling, foundations and kiosks for multi-site operators. Enquiries arrived in any shape, and with sites sometimes several states away, a slightly wrong job order could sink the visit.
September to October 2026
A regulated sole-director business needed a site that names its company number, ICO registration and redress-scheme membership on every page and survives being checked.
13 to 24 September 2026
A speaker and ADHD peer mentor whose homemade Wix site had grown a page at a time, rebuilt as sixteen pages that tell one story. Launched on 28 September 2026, so there are no traffic figures yet.

The Lux Method
A one-week design sprint for one specific problem. You take a Lux Score reading on Monday and the same reading again on Friday, so you can see what changed.

A baseline reading, a rating for each of six lenses, a sprint goal and the one number that will show whether it worked.

Rapid focus
Concepts explored from several points of view, and three wireframed flows.

Every project starts and ends with a reading. The Lux Score is a free self-assessment of six areas of a business, each scored from 0 to 10. The lowest area is where the work starts.
Why LUXD exists.
Bespoke design work is usually priced only after weeks of discovery, before anyone knows whether the work is worth having. That filters out the small businesses that needed it most, and it leaves enterprise teams guessing what a project will involve.
LUXD sells a defined outcome instead. Small businesses get a website at a fixed price, with a monthly service from launch. Product teams get a contract, a retainer or a scoped sprint, with a written scope within two working days of the first call.
What makes the work different
Reduce ambiguity first
Many stuck projects are unclear before they are badly designed. LUXD names the one thing that has to become clear, with a number, a deadline and the people it affects, before anything is drawn. The Lux Score is how that starts.
Make the decision easier
Work is shown in a form a team can decide on: a tested prototype, a plain recommendation, a scope with edges. The aim is a decision, not a deck.
Build it so you can own it
Systems and sites are handed over in a state your team can run and change without LUXD. That is the point of a design system, and of a monthly service that says what it covers.
